WASH YOUR HAIR AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK
We often hear that washing your hair too often damages it. That is true. However, to prevent the follicle from becoming clogged, it is important to wash your hair at least twice a week. Even if the hair appears clean, it has accumulated dust, pollution, perspiration, cooking odors… The follicle needs to be oxygenated to help prevent itching, irritation, dandruff, and hair loss.
APPLY THE MASK BEFORE SHAMPOOING
Wet your hair with lukewarm water, choose your treatment or mask and apply it to your lengths and ends before your shampoo because the cuticles of your hair will be open due to the temperature of the water. The mask will therefore be able to penetrate the hair fiber to nourish the hair deeply.
Then choose a shampoo suited to your scalp and your hair type, and place a small amount of product in the palm of your hand. First distribute it over the front of your head, at the forehead, then at the temples, and finally at the nape of the neck. Rub with your fingertips to spread it over all areas and massage only your scalp using gentle circular movements to stimulate blood circulation.
Then rinse your hair thoroughly with clear water. As it runs through your lengths and ends, your shampoo will cleanse them and close the cuticles.
A MONTHLY TREATMENT
The buildup of haircare products and pollution can weigh hair down and make it greasy. It becomes sticky, dull, and flat. Clarifying helps purify the scalp and hair by removing impurities that cannot be eliminated with a simple shampoo. This method helps open the cuticles to cleanse inside the fiber of residue and make room for a fresh scalp and lightweight hair.
PS
Cleanse your face after washing your hair because shampoos or treatments can run onto your face and clog the pores. Their ingredients are not suited to the skin on the face.
