Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Superskin, beauty doesn't wait!

We take special care in preparing your orders so that the experience begins the moment you open the package.

1. Order Preparation

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM: We do our utmost to ship them the same day.

  • The little extra: Each order is prepared with care and accompanied by a card selected by your packer.

Note: During peak periods (Sales, Christmas, collection launches), preparation time may be slightly longer (up to 48 hours).

 

 

 

2. Delivery Methods and Rates (Metropolitan France)

2.1 Metropolitan France and Belgium

We have selected two trusted partners to deliver to you: Colissimo for fast home delivery, and Mondial Relay for flexible pickup at a relay point.

Here are our conditions for Metropolitan France:

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You will be able to track your package's journey in real-time on the Colissimo or Mondial Relay website.

 

4. Delivery Issues

Delivery Delay:

If your package is taking longer than the times announced above, please do not hesitate to write to us via our contact page directly from this site. We will immediately open an inquiry with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Package (Important):

Cosmetic products can be fragile. We invite you to check the condition of your package in the presence of the delivery person or at the Pickup Point.

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, torn, or wet, we advise you to refuse the package.

  • If you accept the package and notice damage after opening (broken or leaking product), take photos of the box and products immediately, and contact us within 24 hours.

Return to Sender:

If the package is returned to us due to "Does not live at the indicated address" (customer entry error) or "Unclaimed" (exceeding the holding time at the Pickup Point or Post Office), re-shipping fees will be at the customer's expense.

 

5. Return Policy

Changed your mind? No worries. You have 14 days after receipt to return your products to us.

Warning: For strict hygiene reasons, only unopened, sealed products in their original intact packaging will be accepted.
