Looking Good Without Makeup

Looking Good Without Makeup

If you want to go makeup-free but still look healthy and have a radiant complexion, there are solutions.

We focus on a healthy lifestyle, daily massages, vitamin C treatments and dietary supplements that boost radiance and collagen.

DRINK A LOT

It is essential to drink plenty of water every day to hydrate your body and eliminate toxins. Water detoxifies the body and therefore the cells. Drinking water is the first simple step to achieving better skin quality, helping it maintain its suppleness, elasticity, and radiance. Furthermore, drinking plenty of water may reduce the proliferation of bacteria responsible for acne.

For a fresh complexion and a radiant glow, don't forget your water bottle during the day and remember to drink several herbal teas when you have the opportunity.

SLEEP AT LEAST 8 HOURS

The body and skin regenerate overnight, so nighttime skincare products have a tenfold effect. If we don't sleep enough or sleep poorly, the skin doesn't have time to regenerate, and we wake up with a dull complexion.

Lack of sleep also accelerates skin aging by decreasing collagen production, which occurs during the night. It also promotes the appearance of blemishes and skin inflammation because the skin secretes cortisol (the stress hormone) due to lack of sleep.

As for dark circles, the blood pigments contained under the eyes will not be drained and will accumulate, forming bags, resulting in a tired appearance.

A GOOD CLEANING

Never skip the cleansing step in the morning. It's essential to remove dead skin cells, excess sebum, and any remaining traces of the previous day's skincare products. Gently exfoliate with a cleanser or sponge.

MASSAGE WITH TOOLS

Massage is an essential step in a healthy glow routine. It stimulates the elimination of waste and dead skin cells, and promotes blood and lymphatic circulation. Massage also oxygenates tissues and improves skin tone. Grab your Gua Sha tool and massage your face for 5 minutes in the shower, for example, with your cleanser!

To tone and firm the skin, we love using Cryo Face products. They'll awaken the skin and help you start the day off right!

VITAMIN C SKINCARE

In the morning, opt for a vitamin C treatment. Here's why: Vitamin C treatments protect the skin from free radicals and therefore from skin aging. They also help with cell renewal, reducing dark spots and scars. Vitamin C is a daily radiance booster. Combined with vitamin E (tocopherol), vitamin C's effects are amplified tenfold.

SUPERFOODS TO BRIGHTEN COMPLEXION AND BOOST COLLAGEN PRODUCTION

Marine collagen is clinically proven to reduce wrinkles and fine lines, firm the skin and improve its elasticity:
Original Natural Marine Collagen - VIDA GLOW

Between the ages of 20 and 50, we lose 50% of our collagen. Collagen supplements can slow this loss. Combined with vitamin C, marine collagen is much more effective.
Marine Collagen Beauty Blend - KIKI HEALTH

Chlorophyll detoxifies the skin and brightens the complexion. It boosts circulation and delivers oxygen for a fresh complexion and reduced dark circles. It also rejuvenates the skin by fighting free radicals responsible for premature skin aging.

Rich in antioxidants, cocoa helps prevent signs of aging. The sulfur it contains is good for the skin, hair, and nails by rebuilding collagen and keratin. Cocoa contains a good amount of vitamin C and magnesium, which helps protect the skin and keep it healthy. Cocoa contains omega-6 fatty acids, which aid in cell healing. It quickly repairs wounds and scars.
Raw Cacao - KIKI HEALTH

Moringa is recommended for dry skin because it is the best adaptogen for hydration. It is rich in protein, vitamins A, C, and E, and beta-carotene.

LIGHT THERAPY

LED photomodulation is a non-invasive treatment that involves exposing the skin to different wavelengths of light, each having a different effect on the skin (depending on its color) to trigger natural cellular repair and rejuvenation processes. Red light is recommended for an instant radiance boost.
