Wash your hair at least twice a week.

It's often said that washing your hair too often damages it. That's true! However, to prevent the follicle from becoming clogged, it's important to wash your hair at least twice a week. Even if your hair looks clean, it has accumulated dust, pollution, sweat, cooking odors, and more. The follicle needs oxygen to prevent itching, irritation, dandruff, and hair loss.

APPLY THE MASK BEFORE SHAMPOOING

Wet your hair with lukewarm water, choose your treatment or mask, and apply it to the lengths and ends of your hair before shampooing. The water temperature will open the hair cuticles, allowing the mask to penetrate the hair shaft and deeply nourish your hair.

Next, choose a shampoo suited to your scalp and hair type, then place a small amount of product in the palm of your hand. Distribute it first on the front of your head, on your forehead, then on your temples, and finally on the nape of your neck. Rub with your fingertips to distribute it over all areas and massage only your scalp using gentle circular motions to stimulate blood circulation.

Then rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water. As the shampoo flows over the lengths and ends of your hair, it will cleanse and close the cuticles.

A MONTHLY TREATMENT

The buildup of hair care products and pollution can weigh down and make hair greasy. It becomes sticky, dull, and flat. A clarifying treatment helps purify the scalp and hair by removing impurities that are impossible to eliminate with a simple shampoo. This method opens the cuticles to cleanse the inside of the hair fiber of residue, leaving behind a fresh scalp and light, bouncy hair.

Suna by Reverie exfoliates the scalp and purifies the hair. There's no need to use shampoo afterwards, as its creamy lather will also cleanse the hair.

PS

Cleanse your face after washing your hair, as shampoos or conditioners can drip onto your face and clog pores. Their ingredients are not suitable for facial skin.
