INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
• 1/2 tsp Reishi
• 1/2 tsp Mucuna
• 1 tsp Coconut Oil
• 20 cl of lukewarm water
• 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp cardamom (topping)

Mix all the ingredients together and then pour the potion into your office water bottle: Your fuel for the long day ahead!
