Moringa Powder – Kiki Health

The Product

Moringa Powder

A unique combination of proteins and vitamins A, C, and E, beta-carotene, and phenolic compounds makes it the most nutrient-rich plant in the world. Anti-aging and anti-fatigue, we recommend it for dry skin as it's the best adaptogen for hydration. It's also a natural fat burner.

Moringa is known for:
- Improve overall nutrition
- Helping to fight against aging
- Relieve stress, anxiety and headaches
- Strengthen digestion
- Help with weight loss
- Slim the silhouette

It is packed with protein and vitamins A, C and E, beta-carotene and phenolic compounds.
You can add it to masks to brighten dull skin and to purify combination skin with imperfections.

Moringa leaf powder is particularly rich in natural protein, with 23g per 100g of powder. It's an excellent supplement that also provides potassium, iron, and calcium. It contains eight of the essential amino acids (the building blocks of protein).

The Moringa tree has numerous uses in traditional medicine in Asia and West Africa, and produces edible pods with a taste similar to asparagus. However, the tree is particularly valued for its nutrient-rich leaves and has been promoted as a means of combating malnutrition in developing countries.

Moringa leaves are harvested from organic trees in India, once every 30 to 45 days to ensure that only young, tender leaves are selected.
The leaves are sorted, washed for 30 seconds, drained, and dried in the shade at 23-30°C until dry and brittle. They are then ground into a fine powder.

Caution: Excessive consumption of Moringa may trigger contractions. We advise you to avoid Moringa during the third trimester of pregnancy.

Also available in Moringa capsules.

FAQ

Your most frequently asked questions about this product

How to use Moringa powder?

Add a teaspoon to your smoothies, juices, soups, sauces, dressings, guacamole, or sprinkle over your dishes. Moringa has a mild, slightly spicy vegetal taste that pairs well with lemony and spicy flavors. Start with half a spoon and increase gradually. Avoid prolonged cooking which can degrade certain heat-sensitive vitamins.

Does Moringa help with hair growth?

Yes, Moringa is excellent for stimulating hair growth thanks to its exceptional richness in Vitamins A, E, iron, zinc, and essential amino acids that nourish hair follicles. It improves blood circulation to the scalp and provides all nutrients necessary for keratin production. Users often notice stronger, shinier hair and accelerated growth after two to three months.

Can I take Moringa during pregnancy?

Moringa is generally considered safe and even beneficial during pregnancy thanks to its richness in iron, calcium, folates, and proteins essential for baby's development. However, always consult your midwife or doctor before starting any new supplement. Avoid Moringa roots and bark which can have abortive effects, but leaf powder is traditionally consumed by pregnant women.

Does Moringa really boost energy?

Yes, Moringa is a powerful natural energizer thanks to its exceptional nutritional density. It combats fatigue by filling deficiencies in iron, B vitamins, and magnesium which are frequent causes of exhaustion. Unlike caffeine, it provides stable and lasting energy without peaks or crashes. Users often report increased vitality after two to three weeks of regular use.
