Nighttime application in 3 steps:

Prepare your skin: Cleanse and apply your serums and night creams BEFORE applying the strips, allowing 5-10 minutes to dry so that there are no residues before applying the tapes.
Apply the strips: Place the strips on the targeted areas as needed:
