- Center of face: Hold the device vertically and start next to the nose in the center of the face.
Take a 3-second pause to target the muscles that promote lymphatic drainage.
Time allotted: approximately 3 seconds for the pause.
- Slide to the sides: Starting from the center, slide the device to the sides of the face using horizontal outward movements.
Perform a total of 5 movements on one side, focusing on lymphatic drainage and detoxification.
