An ULTRA hydrating toner that exfoliates, redensifies, tightens, evens out and firms the appearance of skin while adding radiance.
Holi (Water) minimizes the appearance of redness, pores, and fine lines. Rich in antioxidants, this toner helps improve the appearance of skin and reduce the appearance of acne.

Holi (Water) works in synergy with Holi (C) and Holi (Oil).

Mix Holi (Water) directly with Holi (C) in the palm of your hand. Then pat onto your face, neck, and décolleté. Next, apply 3 to 5 drops of Holi (Oil) serum.
