FAQ

Your most frequently asked questions about this product

How do I use The Balm on my face?

After cleansing your face and applying your usual toner, take a small amount of The Balm and warm it between your fingers. Gently massage the balm over the entire face and neck using upward motions. The balm melts instantly upon contact with the skin and penetrates quickly without leaving a greasy film. For optimal hydration, apply Soapwalla's Restorative Face Serum first, then seal with The Balm. It can also be applied alone under the eyes to target dark circles and fine lines.

Can I use The Balm as an intensive night mask?

Absolutely, it is actually one of its most effective uses. In the evening, after your usual routine, apply a more generous layer of The Balm over the entire face and neck. Leave it on overnight to allow the precious moringa and prickly pear oils to penetrate deeply and intensely repair your skin while you sleep. Upon waking, your skin will be visibly plumped, hydrated, and glowing. This is particularly recommended for very dry skin or after exposure to sun or cold.

Can The Balm really help reduce varicose veins?

Yes, thanks to the horse chestnut present in the formula, recognized for its exceptional venotonic properties. Gently massage The Balm onto your legs working upwards from ankles to thighs to promote venous return. Arnica also helps reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation. While a balm cannot completely make established varicose veins disappear, regular use can significantly diminish their appearance, reduce heavy leg sensations, and prevent the appearance of new ones.

Can I apply The Balm to a fresh tattoo?

Yes, The Balm is excellent for new tattoos. Its 100% natural formula, free from synthetic fragrance or irritating ingredients, instantly soothes traumatized skin and significantly accelerates healing. Arnica reduces inflammation and bruising, while St. John's Wort promotes skin regeneration. Apply a thin layer to the clean tattoo several times a day according to your tattoo artist's recommendations. The balm maintains necessary hydration without suffocating the skin, allowing the tattoo to heal correctly while preserving color intensity.

Is The Balm suitable for all skin types?

Yes, Rachel Winard formulated The Balm to suit absolutely all skin types, including the most sensitive and reactive. Her own ultra-sensitive skin due to lupus tolerates only extremely gentle and natural ingredients, which is why she uses only precious food-grade oils. Oily skins can use it in small amounts or only on dry areas like the eye contour. Dry and mature skins will adopt it as a nourishing night cream. Its balm texture transforms into a silky oil upon contact with skin warmth.
