Clean and dry the area around your mouth thoroughly. Do not apply any product before applying the patches.
Remove the plastic cover to reveal the adhesive side of the silicone patch.

Ideally, wear it all night for optimal results, or for 1 to 2 hours for an express plumping effect.
Carefully remove the patches, rinse them with water, let them dry (sticky side up), then place them back on their protective sheet. Each patch is reusable 15 to 20 times.
